Being earth-friendly matters. A lot.

We want convenience, but not at the cost of our planet.

We've designed our packaging to be reusable, recyclable or biodegradable and we use very limited plastic.

How to reuse and recycle the different components of your package:

Shipping Box and Insulation
Reuse this for storage, shipping something else, or peel off the shipping label and include in your curbside recycling.

Dry Ice
The very bottom of your shipping box is packed with dry ice. Please be careful not to touch it directly (without gloves) as it can cause a burn upon extended direct contact. Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide and will evaporate on it's own when left out in a well-ventilated area. The plastic sleeve that encapsulates the dry ice may be recycled.

First Seed Food Box
This package was specifically designed for play! Pop out the corners, bend at the creases, and you're ready to play. See how to transform your box and other fun ideas here.

When you're done getting a kick out of it (pun intended), toss it in your recycling bin.

First Seed Food Cups
Our cups and lids are made from 35% post-consumer recycled paper. Once you're done enjoying the food, rinse them out and place them in your recycling bin.

Insert Cards or Notes
Any additional inserts will happily accompany the other paper-based items in your recycling bin.
