The Falafel Mix is a ready-to-make mix that you'd thaw, roll into falafels, and air-fry to perfection. You can use an ice cream scoop for help forming falafel balls or patties (~1-1.5" is a great size, but feel free to adjust to your preference). To cook these in an air fryer, heat them at ~400-450 degrees for about 15 minutes. You'll see them brown on the outside for a crispy exterior while maintaining a soft, grainy interior.
Other ways to enjoy the Falafel Mix is to form and cook your falafels in the oven (they'll still taste great but won't be as crispy), spread the mix on toast and then air-fry, or deep fry as they are traditionally prepared.
