Each 10-oz container holds 2 servings. An adult meal comprises of 2-4 total servings (1-2 full containers) depending on the person. Mix and match these as you please! This dish pairs well with legumes, vegetables, plant-based yogurt, and pickle. 

If you thaw the food in the fridge overnight or on your countertop for a few hours, it will heat up even more quickly and evenly. Food cups may be heated directly in the microwave or be emptied into a saucepan for stovetop on medium heat.
